When it comes to food, the generous Aegean sun and soil enable us to grow a huge variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs; and raise cattle fed with those fresh products. Surrounded by such vegetation, in Kirazli village where organic farming is supported by the government; the food is rich, colorful and nutritious. Several village restaurants serving local food in their authentic atmospheres attract families, couples and friends from all around the region, especially on weekends.
At Ephesus Lodge, breakfast is served with typical Turkish tea, fresh brewed coffee, farm fresh eggs, mom's homemade jams, fresh herbs and vegetables from our garden and different kinds of fresh bread from the local bakery. At the restaurant of the farm, a traditional Turkish food is served each day, accompanied with a variety of local wines from the region.
